We link success to yours. If you’re not satisfied with our relationship, product, service, support, or our influence on the weather, then we’ll refund 100% of our monthly fee. Our refund policy isn’t tied to a quantitative goal like others may do – for example, guaranteeing a minimum number of leads. We make it easier than that. If we’re not providing you a good return-on-investment, or you don’t like our product, or in other words, you’re simply not happy with us, we’ll refund our fee.
Why do we have such an easy refund policy?
We want to turn unhappy customers into lifelong customers. So, we embrace a policy of quick resolution – we believe, in cases where refunds are requested, it’s a situation we can rise up and improve which allows us to continue building a relationship with you. Most companies with a satisfaction refund policy base it on cancellation- we’d rather not lose you, so would prefer to refund you, rise up to fix the problem, and have a better future relationship. Of course, our service is month-to-month (no contracts) so if you really would rather leave us you can.
Secondly, our relationship is one of mutual consideration. If we’re refunding you more than twice in a 12 month period we may both agree that perhaps we’re not a good fit. After all, if we’re not living up to your expectations we shouldn’t keep doing the same thing over and over again. This means, when you ask for a Dissatisfaction Refund you’re doing so honestly, not simply because you want our services for free.
The Ugly Alternative
We don’t want our relationship to get ugly – it wouldn’t profit us, it would hurt us. Lastly, it is time consuming and expensive for a service-based merchant to win a credit card dispute filed by a consumer. A consumer can easily file a dispute (over the phone or online) with their credit card provider simply citing the product or service was unsatisfactory. When this happens, the charge is reversed and the funds are immediately credited to the consumer while immediately being deducted from the merchant’s account. Regardless of the merit of the dispute, the merchant pays for the original charge, the processing fees associated with the transaction, and the merchant is charged a separate charge-back fee. If a merchant receives more than 2% in charge-backs the merchant is at-risk of losing their merchant processing capability – meaning, they won’t be able to process credit cards. Knowing this reality, we’re surprised more companies don’t offer easy refund terms because the ugly alternative costs a business far more than if they just refund immediately on request.
What are we refunding?
We advertise the total monthly investment associated with our relationship; but only a portion of that amount is actually directed towards us. The total monthly investment includes the amount directly spent with Google Adwords, IDX Broker, and our portion which includes management, website, text notification, etc…
The $435 (a month) Breakdown
Google Adwords: $200 a month IDX Broker: $60 a month KeenAgents: $175 a month
The portion spent directly with Google Adwords and/or IDX Broker is spent directly with these merchants – we are unable to refund those monies. Our Dissatisfaction Refund is focused on the amount directly provided to us, the $175 a month, this is our fee which we will refund as part of our Dissatisfaction Refund.
When will we refund it?
By the next business day. If for whatever reason you’re not happy and you let us know that you would like a Dissatisfaction Refund – we will process your refund either the same day of the request or the next business day. We’re told by our merchant processor that these funds will show up within 3 to 10 days.
How do I request a refund?
When you signup with us, we’re going to reach out and introduce your personal representative. This is the person you’ll work with as we setup your site and program. If you’re just not happy, you can contact this person directly and request a refund. You can also use Live Chat or use the Help Desk.
